My name is Keiko Watanabe.
We report on our daily activities from Fukuoka Prefecture.
Ayurveda gives detailed instructions on how to live a happy life from birth to the end of life.
Not only will you feel comfortable for a moment, but you will also experience a sense of health in mind, body, and life through harmony with the universe and nature.
What is happiness to be born on Earth?
We will practice Ayurveda and experience what it can bring.
